1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the borajá app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

borajá is a platform that connects consumers with deals and reservations from local establishments. Deals are time-limited and subject to availability.

3. Eligibility

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using borajá, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

4. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions

Some borajá features are available through paid subscriptions. Charges are recurring based on your chosen plan. You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

6. User Conduct

You may not: use the service for illegal purposes; post false, misleading, or offensive content; interfere with platform operations; create fake accounts or use unauthorized automated means.

7. Third-Party Content

Deals published by establishments are the sole responsibility of those establishments. borajá does not guarantee the availability, quality, or accuracy of third-party deals.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the borajá app — including brand, design, code, and text — is the property of JLTI SOLUCOES LTDA and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

borajá is provided "as is." JLTI SOLUCOES LTDA is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time through the app or by email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
