By publishing a deal on borajá, you agree to the following conditions.
1. Responsibility for Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information in your deal. Ensure that prices, conditions, hours, and availability are correct before publishing.
2. Prohibited Content
It is strictly prohibited to post deals with false, misleading, or exaggerated information. Offensive, discriminatory content or content that infringes third-party rights is also prohibited.
3. Compliance with Terms
All deals must comply with borajá's Terms of Service. borajá reserves the right to remove deals that violate these terms at any time.
4. Deal Fulfillment
By publishing a deal, you commit to honoring it as described during the validity period. Unjustified cancellations may result in account penalties.
5. Sanctions
Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account. borajá is not liable for damages resulting from such sanctions.
