2. Data We Collect
We collect your name, email address, profile information, reservation history, and — when permitted — approximate device location to display nearby deals.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your data is used to: create and manage your account; display deals and reservations; send service communications; improve the app; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on your consent, performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations, in accordance with Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).
5. Data Sharing
Your data may be shared with: Supabase Inc. (database and authentication infrastructure); payment processors required for subscriptions; and public authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Retention
Data is kept while your account is active. After account deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: confirm and access your data; correct incomplete or inaccurate data; request anonymization, blocking, or deletion; data portability; and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@jlti.net.
8. Security
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
