Commercial Partner Terms

The BoraJá platform is operated by JLTI SOLUÇÕES LTDA, registered under CNPJ No. 66.188.745/0001-34.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an establishment on the BoraJá platform, the partner declares that they hold the legal authority to represent the company or commercial activity associated with the registration, and fully agrees to these Terms.
2. Purpose of the Platform
BoraJá is a digital platform for the promotion and intermediation of offers, allowing partner establishments to advertise products and services to platform users. The platform: does not carry out direct sales; does not receive payments on behalf of partners; does not perform deliveries; does not store products; and does not take part in the execution of the advertised services.
3. Eligibility and Registration
Registration as a commercial partner is permitted only to legal entities duly constituted or to individuals engaged in lawful commercial activity.
4. Partner Responsibility
The partner is solely responsible for the information entered on the platform, including prices, stock, availability, validity, quality, safety, images, descriptions, and consumer service.
5. Perishable and Promotional Products
The partner is fully responsible for the conditions of storage, validity, preservation, and commercialization of the products advertised on the platform.
6. Advertised Services
The partner is fully responsible for the execution, quality, safety, technical qualification, and service provision related to the services advertised on the platform.
7. Scheduling, Reservations, and Pickups
The partner is solely responsible for time-slot availability, fulfillment of scheduled commitments, cancellations, customer service, and the operational conditions of the services offered.
8. User Awareness on Reservations
The partner declares awareness that, prior to confirming reservations on the platform, the user may be asked to electronically confirm awareness of the offer conditions, availability, validity, quality, service execution, and other information related to the listing.
9. Reviews and Reputation
Consumers may review partner establishments after interactions carried out through the platform.
10. Subscription, Plans, and Payments
Access to certain platform features may be conditional on the purchase of paid plans.
11. Prohibited Conduct
The partner is prohibited from publishing false or misleading content, engaging in fraud, manipulating reviews, or using the platform for illegal purposes.
12. Moderation, Suspension, and Removal
BoraJá may review, moderate, hide, or remove listings that present inconsistencies, operational risks, or potential legal violations.
13. Intellectual Property
By publishing content on the platform, the partner grants JLTI SOLUÇÕES LTDA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content exclusively within the operational and promotional scope of the BoraJá platform.
14. Privacy, Data, and LGPD
Consumer data that may be accessed by partners may not be used outside the operational context related to the corresponding offer, reservation, or service.
15. Limitation of Liability
BoraJá acts exclusively as a technology platform for digital intermediation. JLTI SOLUÇÕES LTDA is not a direct party to the consumer relationships established between partners and users.
16. Electronic Acceptance and Records
BoraJá may store records of acceptance, IP address, date, time, device identification, and technical information for security, audit, and fraud-prevention purposes.
17. Termination
This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time.
18. Changes to the Terms
BoraJá may update these Terms periodically.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The courts of the District of Manaus/AM shall have jurisdiction over any disputes related to these Terms.
